John Harvey Miller (September 23, 1851 - March 5, 1922) served as the fifth mayor of the Village of Elkhorn. He sold agricultural implements in the village and served as a councillor for the Rural Municipality of Wallace.^[1] Miller served as mayor for only one year. He died umarried.
